The higher the work criteria, the more energy you need to achieve results. Our everyday rhythm asks for concentration and focus, which is why even the strongest of players has to check his toolbox every now and then, to make sure he has up to date tools in emotion management, stress management and communication.

This course has the same information, as a two day (16hr) course, so you can get the best of it – in your own place and time!
