Michel Dennler

Michel Dennler ir vecākais projektu vadītājs Šveices IT uzņēmumā Unic, kas pastāv kopš 2009.gada. Unic strādā vairāk nekā 280 darbinieku un tas darbojas ne tikai Šveicē, bet arī Vācijā un Polijā.

Michel ir plaša pieredze vadot dažādus IT projektus. Pirms uzņēmums Unic sāka darboties pēc holakrātijas pārvaldes sistēmas, Michel darbojās kā vadītājs projektu vadības nodaļā un viņa galvenais uzdevums bija izglītot projektu vadītājus. Viņš ir arī sertificēts Scrum Master.

Papildus projektu vadības prasmēm Michel ir liela pieredze darbā ar klientiem, tostarp starptautiskajiem partneriem.

Michel ir ieguvis maģistra grādus mākslā Cīrihes Universitātē, kā arī biznesa analīzē Cīrihes Ekonomikas skolā. Savu otro maģistra darbu Michel veltīja darbinieku iesaistes tēmai.

Michel ir pasniedzis vieslekcijas par self-organization universitātēs un uzstājies konferencēs.
